Under what conditions can I exercise the right of return?
The Product to be returned must be properly packaged and packed.
We do not accept or refund non-returnable items damaged by detergents / additives, or due to inexperience.What is the procedure for the right of return?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must complete the appropriate RETURN and WITHDRAWAL TYPES, duly signed (paying attention when reporting the Order number) and send them by registered mail or through the use of the Customer Service e-mail address (customercare@martinispa.com).
Alternatively, you can communicate the withdrawal to MartiniSPA through an explicit declaration (eg a registered letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).How should I return the product?
To be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned intact , with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else they have supplied, and in any case not opened or discarded or used in any way.
The goods should be packed in the original packaging, but if this is not possible, a cardboard box / envelope must be used that is strong enough to prevent the products from arriving damaged at their destination.Can I choose the shipping method or should I use your courier?
In agreement with our Customer Service, you can decide whether to return the products to MartiniSPA using a courier of your choice or the Italian Post Office.
You can also ask us to arrange collection through our carriers: in this case the shipping costs charged to you, related to the return transport and administrative management, are € 6.90 (for all of Italy, except for CAPs that are difficult to reach ).Which address should I send the return to?

Sure! If the return is made due to non-conformity of the goods with the order, MartiniSPA will reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer on the same payment method used for the original transaction (Credit Card or Paypal account).
The reimbursement will take place, free of charge, within 14 days from the date on which MartiniSPA became aware of the Customer’s right of withdrawal, without prejudice to MartiniSPA’s right to withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned .
